Creation, Distribution & Execution of Timeline: Full Vendor & Wedding party timelines provided
Wedding Rehearsal Direction
Set-up of personal decor, including table numbers, place cards, signage, guestbook, card box, etc.
Oversee vendor set-up for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Serve as point of contact throughout event for vendors, guests, and wedding party and troubleshoot, as necessary
Distribution of personal flowers to bridal party + family on behalf of florist
Coordinate flow of ceremony with officiant
Line up and cue processional for ceremony
Welcome + direct guests through transitions of events throughout day
Coordinate flow of reception with DJ/Emcee
VIP food service for couple throughout event
Prepare getaway car for departure, including pack couple's personal items and to-go box (if caterer includes)
Deliver final payments + tips to vendors, as necessary
Coordinate send off, including set up of guests, instructions, and execution
Breakdown of personal decor and oversee vendor clean up (BSW team is the last
vendor on-site)

Your initial budget, design plan, and vendor recommendations will all be created & reviewed. This will set the foundation for the planning & design process
11-12 months out
This is where we take your broad vision of your general concept and turn it into a more detailed wedding vision. We will break down every element of your wedding design and update the financials that go along with the design. While these will be more concrete ideas, they are all still able to change.
7-10 months out
Mock ups, showroom appointments, and deeper design details get discussed and solidifie
4-6 months out
This is where you will see the final design concept. From visual renderings to full breakdowns of your design concept, you will have a full understanding of what your wedding day will look like.
final 3 months
Final 3 months:
While small design changes can take place, your design concept is completed by this point in the planning & design process. You can expect your design team to be putting the final numbers in and updating & finalizing your budget and design concept.

We completely understand being type A! The want to be in control of everything, to be able to lay your eyes on all parts of the event and manage every single part. We get it.
Hiring a full planner does not take away from you still being in control of the planning, design, and execution. We are the map in the right directions during planning & design while you are the captan steering the ship.
We use a few different systems during the planning process which you will have full access to at all points in time. You are able to edit, adjust and complete tasks, budgets, guest count, and so much more! You also have access to us for all questions, concerns or anything on your mind. We are there to support you, guide you, and ultimately make this day the most fun you have ever had with your partner, friends & family!
The idea BSW couple fully trusts our team to bring their vision to life and values having experienced professionals guiding the process from start to finish. We are always happy to go above and beyond and lend a hand when needed, but our team will not fill the role or contract of another wedding professional. This included things such as: Putting together centerpieces, setting up food and beverage, etc.
Handling the role of another professional takes away our focus from the tasks that you have entrusted us to fulfill.

Our starting investment reflects the cost of your planner and the planning process itself. This includes time, expertise, communication, and coordination required to thoughtfully plan and manage your wedding from start to finish,
The starting price does NOT include day-of-assistants, whose staffing needs vary depending on the size, scope, and logistics of your specific wedding. Additionally, depending on the vendor coordination required, a vendor percentage may be added as a management fee.
All pricing is discussed transparently and customized after we understand your wedding details, ensuring you're only investing in what your day truly requires.
