Wedding Day Management

Our Wedding Day Management service is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in and tie everything together. Typically beginning 8-10 weeks before your wedding, we’ll review your vendor contracts, finalize the timeline, and handle all the logistics so you can relax and enjoy the final countdown. On your wedding day, we’re the main point of contact for your vendor team, manage the timeline, and ensure every detail is executed smoothly—so you can be fully present and stress-free while celebrating with the people you love.
Wedding Day Management Package Inclusions
- Begins 8-10 weeks before the wedding
- Review of all vendor contracts and agreements
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
- Final logistics meeting with the couple
- Communication and coordination with all vendors
- Venue walkthrough and layout review
- Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
- On-site management on the wedding day
- Oversight of setup and breakdown
- Troubleshooting and timeline management throughout the event
All Planning Packages

Creation, Distribution & Execution of Timeline: Full Vendor & Wedding party timelines provided
Wedding Rehearsal Direction
Set-up of personal decor, including table numbers, place cards, signage, guestbook, card box, etc.
Oversee vendor set-up for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Serve as point of contact throughout event for vendors, guests, and wedding party and troubleshoot, as necessary
Distribution of personal flowers to bridal party + family on behalf of florist
Coordinate flow of ceremony with officiant
Line up and cue processional for ceremony
Welcome + direct guests through transitions of events throughout day
Coordinate flow of reception with DJ/Emcee
VIP food service for couple throughout event
Prepare getaway car for departure, including pack couple's personal items and to-go box (if caterer includes)
Deliver final payments + tips to vendors, as necessary
Coordinate send off, including set up of guests, instructions, and execution
Breakdown of personal decor and oversee vendor clean up (BSW team is the last
vendor on-site)

We work best with couples who value efficiency, clear communication, and a guided planning experience. Our ideal clients are busy, organized, and easy to work with - they appreciate quick communication (often via text) and having a planner who can confidently take the lead. While many are type A by nature, they're ulimately relaxed and trusting once a thoughtful plan is in place.

We are always happy to go above and beyond and lend a hand when needed, but our team will not fill the role or contract of another wedding professional. This included things such as: Putting together centerpieces, setting up food and beverage, etc.
Handling the role of another professional takes away our focus from the tasks that you have entrusted us to fulfill.

Beginning in 2026, we are refining our services and design offerings to best serve larger-scale weddings. Our Owner & Lead Designer Bailey, work with weddings that meet a minimum overall budget to allow for a fully supported planning experience, elevated design, and an experienced vendor team.
Our associate/principal planners do not have a minimum budget requirement and are able to thoughtfully support a wide range of celebrations.
During our consultation, we'll help determine the best planning fit based on your vision, priorities, and budget!
